Prequel Trilogy "The Lord of the Ring"

I've heard the rumours about to direct The Hobbits movie which would be part of The Lord of the Ring trilogy collections. The story will be based on "The Hobbit" book, written by J.R.R Tolkien. Today, I visited The Hobbit Movie (http://the-hobbit-movie.com/) and read a few articles about Hobbit Director. Last two days, it was confirmed that Guillermo Del Toro will be Hobbit Director even many people still wanted Peter Jackson to direct this film.

For me, I don't care who direct that film even both of them can direct it separately. So, Del Toro's fans can go and watch his film and Peter Jackson's fans go and watch his film. We have seen many version of King Kong and the latest one is directed by Jackson but some of King Kong's fans still said that the old King Kong has its own magic. At the end of the day, "The Hobbit" still follow what was written by J. R. R. Tolkien. I think many LOTRian will agree with me with one common thing that, the story line from the book and the movie will be same. And definately, we know what's hapening after each scene. Die Hard LOTRian even have read the books repeatedly again and again. Nothing much different between movie and book. We just can argue, who can direct The Hobbit exactly like Tolkien vission. For me, Del Toro and Jackson are good director. I don't mind if one of them directed this film.

My concern is more on to know what happen before the LOTR first book. It is something like, after completing the first star wars trilogy "Empire Strike Back", George Lucas direct another 3 movie which is supposedly before "New Hope".

I really interested want to know the listed matters bellow:

What happen before the Dark Lord Sauron made the Ring of Power.
Why Lord Sauron secretly forged the Ring of Power
I would like to know more about the nine Kings of Men.
How these nine Kings became Nazgul (Ringwraiths)
I would like to watch the great war between Sauron and the Last Alliance of Elves and Men
Who is Isildur, Gil-galad, Anarion, Elendil
What happen after Isildur keeps the Sauron's ring, what is the conflict

So many things I wonder about the prequel of LOTR. No one have write this prequel story or produce the prequel film. I think is story is more interesting than The Hobbit. Tolkien doesn't discuss much about the prequel. He mentioned it briefly in the fellow ship of the ring. Some of clues we can get in the "The Silmarillion".

Off course, it is hard to write the story with similar vision with Tolkien. We have formed our team to study deeply all the Tolkien books and produce the prequel story of LOTR. The main structure will be based on Tolkien collections. The whole story would be completed in 3 volume. The proposed the title would be "The Nine King: Volume 1", "The Ring of Power: Volume 2", "The Last Alliance: Volume 3". I believe, if these story turns to film adaptation, I prefered Peter Jackson to direct the unwritten story of what happen 100 years before "The fellowship of the ring".

To all LOTRian die hard fans, please convince Peter Jackson to focus on the untold, the unknown, and the written story about the prequel of LOTR trilogy. I know Peter Jackson has a good vision to produce another trilogy of Prequel LOTR.
