I don't think so PAS will drastically implement HUDUD in Kedah even HUDUD in Kelatan also didn't implemented widely. Name me ONE person who has had his hand cut off in Kelantan. Anyway, I believe this news (Bernama) is fear mongering by the puppet of BN and exaggerate the statement of Hadi. Hadi probably means the Kelantan state administration and management would be adopted for Kedah. So, currently no HUDUD in Kelantan and probably no HUDUD also in Kedah.
No need to fear.
Bernama is trying to provoke the loyalty and frienship of Barisan Rakyat.
